Christmas cooking

 As I was baking off my rum cake yesterday, I also made 2 loaves of banana bread, later gifting one to DS # 1.

Banana bread, coffee, grapefruit was Christmas bfst for 2.
Christmas celebration really was last  night, the kids are visiting their Dad today, but I am still making a ham tonight, although a smaller one.
Studded with cloves, covered with pineapple, it will later have a mustard-brown sugar glaze on top.
After a few hours, glaze added.

 then baked another 30 minutes

Sides are l/o green bean casserole, l/o stuffing, l/o beets.

 My dinner plate.

Easy.   . . with lots of ham leftovers.
