What's been cooking?
Suday supper was CP pot roast w/ gravy, mashed potatoes, baked red Kuri squash, steamed broccoli
Fish on Monday: baked Haddock, fzn mixed vegm fzn tater tots
Tues's quick n easy meal: sliced turkey breast in gravy (fzn asssets), mashed potatoes, canned corn, l/o squash, cranberry sauce
my starter course
Wed was dinner for 2; it was a cold, raw day so turkey pot pie, l/o cranberry sauce and a hot cup of tea!
TH: pork tenderloin, scallopped potatoes, steamed green beans, a few servings of l/o squash
Fri: dinner for one: leftover pot pie, green salad
Sat: dinner for one: hamburger w/ red onion and pickles, ketchup, mustard on a toasted Portugese roll, large salad
