Making pot pie

 This was really pulled out for Tuesday: 2 tubs fzn gravy, the rest of a roast turkey breast. After supper, a large pickle jar of gravy remained.
 That became my inspiration for a pot pie.
 I sauteed the raw ingredients w/ some bacon fat, and chopped, cooked bacon slices that were hanging around.
 I added the gravy, l/o mixed veg. l/o corn, black pepper, Bell's seasoning
 I added some cooked, chopped, fzn turkey meat out of the freezer
 Blended that and heated it through.
I filled a pie crust; unfortunately it cracked on me, but I had placed a tray below.  delicious, with lunch leftovers remaining.
