Fall 2015 CSA comes to a close

Friday's last CSA pickup actually had some substance to it: pok choy, tat soi (both considered "extras"), 1 lb onions, 1 ln potatoes, qt apple sauce, 1 Butternut squash

2 small heads lettuce, a combined bunch of radishes and Japanese turnips, 1 lb dried black beans, and a bunch of a new to me oriental green (think mustard greens)

what do you do with the bok choy and tat soi?

Sandie, the bok choy tends to end up in stir fries and I tend to saute the tat soi, although it can be added to salad
