Work week: what's been cooking?

 Both Thurs and Fri were also long days . .luckily, I preplanned and was able to quickly assemble a baked ziti w/ shredded cheese dish that I then popped into the table top, convection oven to melt the cheese. I used a jar of homemade marinara that I made from freebie, organic tomatoes and pulsed through the food processor veggies and then later froze. A can of green beans completed this vegetarian inspired meal.
Twins are here w/ me this weekend, so, as planned, I ordered out pizza. This week again had a free 32 oz jar of their marinara-nice freebiew for the pantry.
