What's been cooking?


Monday, I was baked Tilapia fillets, oven roasted, tricolor fingerling potatoes; canned Fr style green beans. Tues was a blurr, I think DD offered me up a plate of something . . . .I was so ill. Wed, I made penne with sauteed Italian sausage crumbed into jarred sauce blended with a can of stewed tomatoes; a green salad.
Th: franks and canned pork beans, a green salad. Fri: just the girls this weekend, we had take out Chinese.
