What's been cooking?

 Fall is finally here, my soup pot was filled with a chicken-vegetable soup
 Delicious, and provided several work lunches for me
 A one pot, garlic-herb chicken dish
 roasted butternut


 boiled beets
 My supper plate

spaghetti with fzn homemade meatballs

Other nights were CORN, dinner for me @ work (they provided cheese pizza, salad), take out pizza (planned for as it was the night after open house, which finds me going to bed at 11 p.m.)

Those meals all look yummy! I'm happy for the cool weather which means I can use my oven again! Baked a butternut squash and a pan of pumpkin bars!!Shirley

Same here. I made scalloped potatoes and ham, a roasted chicken, and spare ribs this week. Baked a pan of brownies, and made a recipe for Onion and Hot Pepper relish and canned 7 hars today, plus one left to eat right away. The roast chicken leftovers became chicken and biscuits tonight with a salad w/homegrown tomatoes~! A relief to be away from the summer meals of corn on the cob, something on a bun, and salads!!
