What's been cooking?

Tropical weather most of this week, so I caved and brought home rotiserie chicken dinner from Boston Market on Tues. I had l/o for myself on Wed (kids w/ Dad), as well as for work lunches. Naturally, the crock pot was used to make stock out of the carcasses. I hope to make soup tomorrow with that, for the upcoming work week.

 Thursday, had me making a large pate chinois, a French-Canadian version of sheppard's pie
leftovers became my supper for one both Fri and Sat. Boys are @ Dad's, DD is away for the weekend.
