Sunday supper: turning to the freezer for frozen assets

 This week's Sunday supper clearly showcases my frozen assets, as well as the focus to eat what is on hand. June provided the manager;s special of BSTB cutlets @ $2.99/lb.
March provided several tubs of homemade stuffing, and a tub of homemade chicken gravy.




Dinner menu:
turkey roulades
steamed beets
steamed fresh beans, a mix of green, purple and wax beans
