So what's been cooking?

 Fish on Monday: salmon cakes with tartar sauce
 pork beans
 Tuesday: chicken cacciatore on brown rice

Wed was leftover, fend for yourself as twins ate with Dad

Thursday planned overs: the meat from the 2 l/o chicken drums was removed from the bones and blended with the l/o caciatore sauce,


folded into some freshly cooked lingiuini.
 Grated Parmesan on top
 Veggie drawer cleaned out of what few salad greens I had

Fri: Chinese take with DD as twins are at Dad's for the weekend. DD and I planned this ahead.
Sat: DD and I had grilled burgers, using meat from a new to me butcher shop.Steak fries on the side.
