Friday eats

 Breakfast: fried eggs in reserved pork fat, toast w/ homemade jam, using up the rest of a jar of plum jam I had made, coffee, OJ.

Lunch was pasta leftovers for one, I topped the leftover salad from last night with some canned pink beans, some flaked albacore.
 Dinner plan was adhered to: a one dish BSCB and rice stovetop casserole, side of fzn peas cooked w/ fzn creamed pearl onions.
It came out pretty good!
