The what's been cooking addition

 Not necessarily in order, and some aren't posted, but here's what we've been eating: Sunday roast chicken, sauteed mixed braising greens with butter and garlic, fzn Prince Edward veggies
 Fish on Monday: homemade salmon cakes, steamed Summer squash with dill, low salt chicken Rice a roni (crash n burn)
 Spaghetti with fzn homemade meatballs in homemade marinara
 Franks, pork beans, coleslaw
 Homemade Chinese: a shrimp veggie stir fry, steamed pot stickers (DT), chicken egg rolls (Aldis)
 BBQ chicken leg quarters, l/o pork beans, l/o coleslaw, sliced tomatoe with Italian vinaigrette, pickles
 Corned beef, cabbage, carrots, Red bliss potatoes

Fish on Monday: baked fzn Salmon fillets with dill over a bed of sauteed Kale with garlic and chic peas, canned corn

No photo but tonight (6/9) we had meatloaf (turkey-beef), boiled Yukon gold potatoes, steamed carrots with fzn peas mixed in with a pkg of fzn creamed pearl onions. Leftover meatloaf is for sandwiches.
 A dozen eggs cooked ahead to make the upcoming week easier
 Pots upon pots of homemade, iced tea
 Salad with choice of dressings (usually homemade)
 Another strawberry rhubarb pie last Sunday

and a mixed berry pie as well, using fzn raspberries, fzn strawberries, fzn blackberries, fzn blueberries
 And a homemade Angel food cake topped with freshly whipped cream and USA blackberries
Weekend fridge cleanout also provided me the makings for what I am callin g a homemade Chicken minnestrone soup. Perfect for work lunches.
