Fish on Monday
Baked in the tabletop/convection oven fzn Cod fillets topped with fresh lemon and some Penzey's seasoning, steamed squash and green beans, a quick coleslaw using the rest of last week's Nappa cabbage and some bottled, Aldi's coleslaw dressing.There was a lb of fish but it seemed to really shrink! A very busy day running around, so I really appreciated a quick to the table meal.
