Wha's been cooking?

 Monday found me coming home near the dinner hour. No worries, as I phoned ahead, asking DD to place my prepared, sausage hot pot into a hot oven.


 Today is Cinco de Mayo, so in celebration, we are having tacos! More items culled out of the pantry, including the last can of refried beans.


Fridge/freezer ingredients: 1 1/2 jars of homemade salsa, the rest of a blcok of Cheddar, a 2 cup baggie of chopped turkey from Feb, flour tortillas
Romaine and the oldest 2 tomatoes.

Tacos and Mexicorn, seems fitting.
