Today's baking

 4 loaves of pumpkin bread, getting 2 baggies of home made. organic pumpkin puree out of the freezer. 2 are for work (snack before a workshop), 2 are slated for breakfasts.
One loaf of white bread. Out of bread flour, it doesn'r rise as high as I'd like, but it works, saving my pennies

Everything looks yummy! I will be giving a slow refrigerator rise bread recipe a try tomorrow. Planning on mixing dough in the morning then baking it off after work. Back to making my own buns and rolls as well to pinch those pennies.
