Planning ahead for Crock Pot Tuesday

 Only using 3 chicken Italian sausages that I browned off, and refrigerated until tomorrow.
 1 29 oz can of tomato puree, 1 29 oz can of stewed tomatoes, 2 branches of celery chopped, spices, the rest of some tomato puree in the fridge, 4 "marinara" sauce tubs leftover from the older kid's take out, a can of drained mushrooms
 Are now combined and waiting until the morning, when I will add the precooked sausage meat and set the Crock Pot to low, to simmer all day while I will be at work
I plan on serving this over penne, and offering a side tossed salad as well as steaming a bag of fzn Summer squash and zucchini.
