A hearty breakfast at home

Leftover, oven roasted potatoes from last night were sliced up, and fried in the reserved oil from last night's baking pan along with some additional, reserved pork fat (I keep a jar of bacon/pork fat in the fridge), and 1/2 of a large onion that I chopped up
 I added the contents of my last can of prepared corned beef hash, some black pepper. I covered this and allowed it to cook through, crisp up
 2 fried eggs, seasoned with salt and pepper were cooked in the same skillet
Here's breakfast, including the addition of some Rye toast, coffee, OJ.
