Friday night pizza night

 But no pizzeria charges this time around, instead I made 2 large pizzas, using the ABMs for the dough, some home made/canned organic tomato sauce that I actually made from all of the skins and off cuts while working thru my annual Labor Day canning session; frozen home shredded Provolone deli ends as well as some loss leader packaged shredded 2 cheese pizza cheese, some home grated Parmesan, fzn peppers, baby Bella mushrooms, onion, Aldi's sliced Pepperoni, some marked down hot Italian sausage.
Pizza number 2 was a musrhoom, onion, sausage version.

Delicious.
