Fall CSA # 6
This past Friday's organic, CSA share: large bunch Parsley, bottle of bloody Mary mix, head lettuce, head broccoli, lb fzn goat stew meat (anyone ever cook goat meat? I was told it's like pork), French radishes, acorn squash,radiccio, cabbage, scallions Bonus: take what you want kholrabi (I took 3 smallish ones with greens still attached)
Also included: 2 lbs potatoes. Next week is our last week. It's been a great program, we are planning on rejoining next Winter for the upcoming 2015 seasons.
