What's been cooking?

 Monday night's fish supper: home made, clam chowder with oyster crackers served on top
 Tuesday: ground turkey, canned kidney bean chilli with option for freshly grated, sharp Cheddar
 I baked 2 tubes of reduced fat, Grands biscuits. Assuming that there may* be some left after supper, I can offer them up for breakfast tomorrow morning, with some jam.
Here's one kidlet's dinner place setting: 2 scoops of chilli, as the canned beans certainly didn't stretch as much as dried would have. I forgot that 1 lb dried beans = 4 cans of prepared beans. We're sharing, it's fine. : )
