Wood floor question

Image: http://blog.basiccoatings.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/scratchedwood.jpg

Packing to move unearthed an area under the LR couch where the wood floors got scratched, thanks to kidlet slidding the couch over to get closer to the electric outlet. @@ Question: is there anything I can do to alieviate these scratches? I recall colored wax "sticks" used for scratches in furniture? anyone ever have to deal with this?

I had the same problem in a rental. I looked it up on line and found out you can mop the floor with windex. I don't know what it will look like a month from now, but it did the trick at the time.

Try rubbing a walnut meat on one of the scratches. I've seen it work on furniture.

Moving, I missed that one, good luck with the move x

If the walnut doesn't work, try Old English Furniture Polish.

Saw you got the Minwax pencil ... they also have a scratch cover that's more like a marker. Did a very good job on my furniture scratches ...
