Summer CSA 2014 # 6

Another great week: 2 Kohlrabi, large bunch Kale, large head lettuce, large bunch oregano, scallions, 2 lbs red bliss potatoes, 2 small and 2 large cukes, 1 large zuke, 2 Summer squash, pint PYO blueberries.

Looks great! How do you cook your kohlrabi?

Shredded with apple in a buttermilk/yogurt dressing as a slaw, shredded and added t0 stir fries/soups, sliced and made into au gratin, like potatoes. Tops are chopped and used in quiche/soups/stir fry

Thanks! I've only tried roasting them so far. Delicious that way, too!
