Home furnishings on a budget

Heading out shortly to pick this up, thanks to a friend with a Suburban. : )  I have wanted to get DD a dresser for sometime, have looked with no success at my usual haunts, finally coming across this posting, in our home town. Oak it appears, not maple but that's OK. All wood, dove tailed joints and appears to be in good condition. Best part: it's under my budget of $100, priced @ $75.

When my granddaughter was still a toddler, my DD found a long dresser, 3 drawers for $15 at a yard sale. She stenciled teddy bears on a white background. Today it's still in DGD's second apartment, painted white with different knobs than it came with, but still in regular use at age 22. A great investment. Turns out most of her décor is white, living room as well as bedroom. Whatever works.
