CSA 2014 and what's for dinner?
Another good week: pok choy * (a baby bok choy), bag of mixed salad greens, pea shoots, 1 lb of dried black beans, 1/2 dozen eggs, a bunch of chive, and pick a jar from the preserved (all savory this time) shelf: I choice a large jar of Summer squash relish.
Supper tonight will be BSCB that I got on marked down and froze, turned into homemade chicken strips:
