Review: AWESOME! A definite keeper! I originally had hoped to add some planned over, roast pork tenderloin from this past Sunday, but it was a small piece of meat, and we stretched it as it was to feed 4. So, no leftovers. I chanced upon some marked down, lemon and garlic seasoned, pork tenderloins this morning, so I baked one off as I prepared the lentil salad. Delicious!
