Ham meal # 3
Even though I told him that the meat for supper is ham in a spiced Asian sauce, kidlet wanted deviled ham for his sandwich today. Fine with me. Here are the simple ingredients: preground up ham, mayonnaise, black pepper, pickle relish.
Mix together, done. Sure is a lot cheaper than the Hormel/Underwood stuff sold in small tins.
DS # 2's lunch. Leftover sandwich filling awaits in a square, repurposed margarine tub in the fridge.
