What's been cooking?

 Thursday's vegetarian meal: ziti with lines in a home made, veggie based marinara, topped with the rest of some Aldi's 5 Italian blend cheese and some Provolone cheese ends from the Deli that I grated at home (certainly worth $2.79 to do so!)
 Here it is, baked off. Served a fzn bag of broccoli florettes alongside.
 Friday night brought more pasta to the table but with a use it up theme: the lurking box of HH, the rest of the roast chicken, instant milk, fzn peas
 .  became a chicken alfredo with peas skillet dish. this worked.
