Carol, thanks for posting this again. I remember when you posted it about a year and a half ago. I had intended to try it, then forgot. Well, chard is one of those things that grows prolifically in my garden, when nothing else will. And it will be the first veggie to come back in March, here, from fall plantings. It sounds like a great way to use the larger leaves of chard.
