Not sure why this photo came out tiny, but it's a HUGE 8 quart bread bowl full to the brim with home made apple sauce, using the apples I was gifted today.
Still have plenty of canning lids and 2 boxes of rubber jar rings left, not to mention over 2 doz pint jars and multiple cases of quarts, if needed.
I am processing 3 batches tonight, so
21 pints of free apple sauce. Nice. I love that I am using all types of technology: old school, bail top jars with rubber rings, assorted Mason jar dome lids in a variety of designs.
