What's been cooking?

 Monday, I took the night off, so to speak, and served the leftover hamburger and macaroni (although I used some Italian sausage and not ground beef) as I had plenty of it.  Tonight, I cooked again, but it was planned over night, so quick and easy. I heated up some canned green beans in the microwave, boiled some egg noodles, and made a quick batch of chicken a la king, a creamed chicken dish, using homemade chicken stock, leftover roast chicken from Sunday, mushrooms, pimentos, onion, dry milk, etc.
 Here's my supper plate. Pure comfort food.
I also got 2 loaves of white bread made for this week.
