What's been cooking

 Easy supper on a busy Thursday evening: tuna cakes, buttered noodles, green and waxed beans
 Friday night was just 2 of us: a quick batch of English muffin pizzas did the trick!
3 for supper tonight (Saturday) and looking ahead for some luncheon planned overs, I made up a batch of hamburger and macaroni, substituting 8 oz of sweet Italian sausage for the beef.  Leftover gr/wax beans on the side.
