Sunday supper: roast turkey breast

I grabbed another of the 99 cents/lb turkey breasts that I have been buying at Target, on sale. We like turkey and this is so easily made in my large, oval (thank you Freecycle!) Crock Pot. Sides will be mashed potatoes, gravy made using the gravy pouch that comes with the turkey breast and the pan drippings, Butternut squash, French green beans, home made cranberry sauce. A mini Thanksgiving perhaps, but this is something that often graces our table.



Planned overs will appear later this week, including tacos, soup and of course sandwiches.
