A quick to get together supper, and a planned over theme

 Leftover turkey breast, a can of rinsed and drained black beans, some freebie Penzey's taco seasoning and some water quickly became a taco filling. Opened my last 25 or 35 cent can of Mexicorn
 Dollar Tree tortillas, a block of Montery Jack cheese
 Some cut organic Romaine and chopped, organic CSA tomatoes along with (not pictured) homemade taco sauce
 Became these
Here's the prepared dinner plate. Yum!
