Love the local, Greek diner . .

but it's just not in the budget. $10 omelette? no, thanks. Instead, I made my own:

Finally finished the last few slices of last Sunday's ham, added some sliced mushrooms, shredded NY Cheddar, using organic CSA, free range eggs. Yum. Hazelnut coffee on deck as well.
