Simple Saturday supper: sandwiches!

Saturday is either a leftover night if it's just me and DD, or  it's keep it simple with soup or a sandwich. This week's fish dinner got moved as a guest doesn't care for fish, so it's appropriate to serve it tonight, when he is out for the evening. : )

Tuna salad (2 cans on sale albacore blended with 1 can Aldi's chunk lite tuna to economize, Aldi's mayo, black pepper, organic CSA dill that I dried last year, some Aldi's dried minced onion) served on home made, buttermilk (had to use it up!) bread, choice of Romaine lettuce, sliced tomato, American cheese. This works just fine! : )

I love tuna sandwiches. Quite probably one of my favorites -- I love a good grilled cheese, too.
