Monday's fish dinner
Yesterday's fish on Monday menu: oven baked Swai seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper, dill weed; choice of leftover white rice or leftover buttered noodles; one serving of leftover green beans, and a pkg of fzn CA blend veggies that I micro cooked. Got dinner on the table within 15 minutes. Nice.
