Great step by step tutorial on using ABM for dough but baking bread in an oven

I've just pulled my dough out of the ABM, kneeded it just a bit, on a flour covered counter. It's now ready to proof in the oven one last time. I've covered it loosely with Pam sprayed (the side that touches the bread dough) plastic wrap and it's about to rise in the oven, that I let warm up a few minutes.

One hour later, it became this.

I baked it off @ 350 for 30 minutes:

I am very happy with my new, "tweaked" method.
