Bread baking: honey whole wheat bread

Round 2 bread baking today, this time a 2 lb loaf of honey-whole wheat. I need to work on this, but this will be more than edible. ; )  I think 1 1/2 lb loaf recipes work better with  my new to me bread pans. I plan on trying again tomorrow, as I will be serving toast for bfst and the white loaf will be most likely all gone afterwards.
