Sunday supper: grilled pork tenderloin
2 pork tenderloins that I bought on marked down and froze, bringing the cost down to $3.26/lb. Far from cheap, but this is a leaner cut that we occasionally enjoy. I am marinating (bottled ginger teriyaki from crash n burn)these now. Sides will be baked Russet potatoes, fresh butter & sugar corn from the organic CSA, tossed salad with choice of home made dressings, home made apple sauce.
