Planning ahead as I have a busy afternoon

 aka Crock pot Tuesday! Today's menu offerings: fzn home made, Italian  meatballs in a home made marinara, to be served over ziti, and topped with freshly grated Parmesan.
Steamed, organic CSA broccoli and a tossed salad with choice of dressings finishes the menu. I even prepped the pasta pot to make things go smoothly when I return home for the dinner hour.
