Fish on Monday

Frozen, wild caught Haddock fillets will be baked in the table top micro convection oven, seasoned with some lemon juice, herbs; to accompany: more white rice from my mountain of rice a la Froogs, steamed carrots with organic, CSA shelled peas tossed in at the very end; a tossed salad with choice of dressing.
