Feeling crumby and a freebie

 Drying out some stale bread,including the "mushroom" cloud tops of last baking session's zucchini white and wheat breads for crumbs. I also have a bowl on the counter being used to do this.
College boy dropped off a loaf of store bakery "Italian" bread that he bought as a snack (teen boys! LOL!) and wouldn't eat. So, that too, was ground up, now drying out before storing. That will be today's freebie.

Interesting...I never thought of drying them like that. I either dry the bread out by toasting it or I do them fresh and freeze them. Thanks for the idea.
