A simple supper

 I decided to slice the poached chicken breast and used most of the stock I made to make some gravy. Sliced chicken in gravy with choice of either l/o veggie paella or l/o pilaf from yesterday.
I steamed some fzn, mixed veggies and made a quick salad of Romaine, cuke, tomato. Worked.

I love chicken and gravy.

I never think to serve mixed veggies as a side. I normally add them to soups and casseroles. I'll have to change that.
