A simple lunch and working on dinner
DD and I finished yesterday's egg and olive salad, this time with some lettuce on wraps. Iced, fresh brewed tea with lemon to drink.
Keeping the house cooler (it's about 89) by using the crockpot to "roast" a boneless pork roast that is resting on a bed of onions, with beer, and seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper, Bavarian spice seasoning
Sides will be home made apple sauce, garlic pasta shells, steamed organic CSA beets, a salad.
