Planning ahead, using a Crock Pot
Planning ahead this morning, I set up the Crock Pot to slow cook a batch of homemade spaghetti sauce with a bag of homemade fzn Italian meatballs. Late afternoon medical therapy appointments will find me arriving home at the dinner hour, in time to oven bake some frozen, homemade garlic bread, boil water for linguini, fix a quick, green salad. No take out or convenience foods here.
