I made a double batch of buttermilk biscuits, using some of the self rising flour gifted to me. I used a tip on the King Arthur website and simply patted the dough into a rectangle, then cut 12 biscuits using a knife so as not to have to deal with scraps as happens when using a circle cutter. Came out good. I need more practice. I had mine with butter, homemade plum jam.
