Frugal lunch

Home made chicken stock, home canned tomatoes, a few handfuls of sale plus doubled coupon egg noodles, meat pulled off of a leftover baked split chicken breast, some home dried surplus herbs from my organic CSA, leftover mixed veggies, some celery that was a bit long in the tooth, salt, pepper, tarragon all combined to provide a nice pot of soup. Yet more rain here in CT, good choice.
