And here's lunch!

 One Vidalia onion, 3 sprigs celery, the rest of the green cabbage, the rest of an orange pepper, the rest of the sesame oil, some canola oil
 Additional ingredients: last night's prepped leftover steak and mixed beans, rice, 4 lurking Chinese take out packets of soy sauce from April (college boy's birthday celebration), more soy sauce as desired
Here's the finished stir fry
Served over the cooked rice. A cheap, use it up meal.

Thanks, Froogs and Shara. This did come out really well. A very forgiving technique more than a recipe. I lived on this during my college years.
