A Polish themed dinner

Some Johnsonville Kielbasa links bought on sale plus $1.50 off after doubled coupon, some Aldi's pierrogies (first time trying this brand-very good), served with spicey brown mustard
 Large, tossed salad
DD made this new recipe, found in Women's Day, a creamsicle cheese cake bar cold dessert. Yummy!

That looks like a really good meal. Polish goes over well here, since there is a large Polish population in Buffalo, where I am from originally. Actually, I always say I've never met a sausage I didn't like, because the ethnic groups in my neighborhood were Polish, Italian, and German mostly! I don't normally buy pierogi's, because I like mushroom ones and I can never find them frozen. A favorite restaurant makes them from scratch---about a block from the building I worked in for 12 years. I miss them. The meal looks delicious as a whole.
