Thursday supper: Meatloaf

Tonight's menu:

 Beef-pork-veal meatloaf
 My plate

DS's plate

meatloaf (uses marked down meat, homemade garlic bread crumbs made from leftover garlic bread that was originally a marked down store bakery loaf of presliced "Italian" bread, freshly grated Parmesan cheese,instant milk, eggs, spices, onion, celery. topped with ketchup and baked off)
choice of baked sweet or white potato (switched out from originally planned mashed)
canned beets

Sandwich fillings for Fri as well as the weekend, if not a leftovers for supper night for me.
